• Suspicious or fraudulent activity has been detected on the account.
• The account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• The player has requested self-exclusion or a responsible gaming cool-off period.
• abc444 is required to do so by a legal, regulatory, or contractual obligation.

In the event of account closure for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance held in the account at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their most recently used verified payment method within 14 business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms — including fraud, multi-accounting, or bonus abuse — abc444 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including any real-money funds, where those funds are reasonably considered to be proceeds of the prohibited activity.
